Nature's second-best gift to mankind (second to CHOCOLATE, of course!)
My grandpa lived to be 100 years old and ate real butter his whole life.
Everything in proportion is the key, am I right?
I buy my butter in bulk and keep extra "bricks" in the freezer.
It's a perfect system for whipping up easy, delicious recipes like this one for white chocolate butter cream frosting!

White Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting
Microwave white chocolate and cream in a medium bowl on high for 1 & 1/2 minutes or until white chocolate is almost melted - stir halfway through heating time. Stir until white chocolate is completely melted, then cool to room temperature. Beat butter and sugar gradually into the cooled mixture on high speed until light and fluffy. Makes enough to frost two 9-inch cake layers |
