White Chocolate Brownies

Contrary to popular belief, these delectable white chocolate brownies are not so hard to prepare. If you've been craving it but too scared to give it a shot, well, you can now.
It's high time you whipped up these amazing treats, and celebrate your "expertise" with your loved one. You can even prepare with your children or significant other. Quality time at its best! You never know, you might just start a family tradition!
White Chocolate Brownies • 6 ounces imported white chocolate, cut-up • 3/4 cup sugar • 4 ounces butter • 2 eggs • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla • 1 cup flour • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder • Dash salt • 6 ounces semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate, cut-up • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped Preheat oven to 350°. In a 2-qt glass bowl, combine white chocolate pieces, sugar, and butter. Heat in microwave on High about 1 1/2 minutes, or until melted and smooth when stirred. With a whisk or fork, beat in eggs and vanilla until well blended. Add flour, baking powder, and salt and stir until well mixed. Stir in bittersweet chocolate and walnuts. Spread evenly in a buttered, foil-lined 7x11-inch baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Do not overbake. Let cool, then cut into 24 pieces. |

Although I like cooking with chocolate- absolutely detest walnuts or any other nuts (especially in cooking) – what could I add instead of the nuts please?
