August 14, 2013
Nothing beats a hearty breakfast. You know what they say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Who would want to skip breakfast if white chocolate and blueberry pancakes are served on the table?
With a delicious drizzle of maple syrup and your favorite cup of Joe (or tea) on the side, what more can you ask for? So much win!
White Chocolate and Blueberry Pancakes • 3/4 cup self raising flour Combine dry ingredients. Make a well in the middle and slowly whisk in the egg, milk, and maple syrup until you have a smooth, thick batter. Add the melted butter, the white chocolate chips, and half the blueberries. Stir. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side until golden. Transfer the pancakes to a warm plate. Cover to keep warm. Serve the pancakes with the remaining blueberries and drizzle generously with maple syrup. |
Enjoy! 🙂
