Simple Truth Organic Dark Chocolate Bars
July 1, 2019
Organic chocolate continues to improve and trend. Over the last couple years I’ve seen improvements in chocolate flavor development, unique and/or exotic flavor offerings, price (much more affordable!), availability, and brands. Lily’s Salted Almond and Milk
July 26, 2018
A couple of years ago I reviewed the Lily’s 55% chocolate bar sweetened with stevia. Ever conscientious of lowering my sugar intake, and because it’s been a while, I grabbed another Lily bar when I was out shopping. Long story short, despite the original pound cake's sparse number of ingredients, it is packed with flavor. Pound cake is described as a dense cake with a compact, buttery crumb. The butter and eggs are to be thanked for its richness.

Aside from the little pleasures we get from drinking coffee--just like chocolate--it actually offers several health benefits such as fighting free radicals that can cause cancer. This is because coffee is known to contain a significant amount of antioxidants, even more than green tea does.
