Vegan Chocolate Lava Cake Recipe What you need:
What to do: Pre-heat oven to 390°F. If transferring the lava cakes to a plate, grease ramekins with oil then dust with cocoa powder or powdered sugar. Divide and add the dark chocolate bars to the middle of each container. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Then, add the milk and whisk thoroughly. After this, pour the batter into the ramekins. Bake for 14mins. If you are transferring to a plate, place a plate on top of the ramekins and invert. Otherwise, you can eat them straight from the baking dish! Don’t forget to add your chosen toppings. And serve immediately! Recipe notes: Once removed from the oven, they will still continue to cook so it’s better not to leave them on for too long, in order to achieve the gooey molten center.
