November 22, 2022
Thanksgiving is almost here! Are your treats ready? If you are looking for a quick and easy treat this holiday season, then this recipe is for you! This dark chocolate bark is very easy to make and you only need 3 ingredients. What’s perfect is you can choose the type of ingredients that you want and make it sugar free. Healthy and easy!
If baking is not your thing, but you love making treats, then try this dark chocolate bark with peanut butter. It’s super easy to make that it’s hard to mess it up. And since it’s low on sugar, it’s perfect for those who are always craving for chocolate… like me! You can also decorate it with chopped nuts, dried fruits, and candies for extra flavors, and wrap them up in cute tins to give as gifts to family and friends this holiday season.
Can’t wait until the holidays? Don’t worry, you can make this recipe anytime! You only need three ingredients: dark chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and sea salt. Plus, it tastes like a peanut butter cup, but for adults.
Dark Chocolate Bark with Peanut Butter What you need:
What to do: Place the chopped dark chocolate and peanut butter in a medium bowl and heat in the microwave with 10 seconds interval. Mix the chocolate every 15 seconds until melted. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and swirl to create patterns. Ask the kids for help and get creative! You can leave this as is or top it with your favorite chopped nuts, dried berries, or even colorful candies. Set aside or refrigerate until the bark is hard. Once set, remove it from the parchment paper and snap according to the size that you want. And that’s it! Serve right after, or put in pretty nice boxes to give as gifts. Either way, kids and adults will love them! For extra oomph, you can use white chocolate or combine it with dark chocolate. |
For storage tips, place them in an airtight container and refrigerate or put it in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. But I'm sure it will all be gone before that! 😊
