Chocolate Butter Sticks
May 15, 2015
Southern cooking sensation Paula Deen has a new product on the market, and it looks positively sinful. With a playful quote from Paula on the wrappings, saying "Hey ya'll, my butter churned to chocolate,"
I'd say these churned chocolate butter sticks are more for fun and novelty than anything. Yes, chocolate now comes in the shape of butter sticks - would you like white, milk, or dark?
Paula's latest food trend can be purchased at Evine.com in a set of four 4 ounce sticks, packaged to look like the box of butter sticks you'd buy in the store, for $27.68.
The bars are not considered baker's chocolate, and are meant to be consumed as is, shaved, or melted over treats. Now, you can't say America is done inventing amazing things, can you!
Butter is what the cooking show star is best known for, since she premiered Paula's Home Cooking on the Food Network in 2002. In addition to her success on television, Deen is the author of 14 cookbooks and her bimonthly magazine "Cooking With Paula Deen". Source: Evine.com
