I’m a fan of mango, and of course I’m an UBER fan of chocolate...
So when I saw the pairing in a Ghirardelli Intense Dark Mango Sunset chocolate bar, I was looking forward to heavenly bliss. They already had me by "Mango Sunset" (come now, Mango Sunset? I can’t be the only one that imagines myself on a tropical beach when reading that, right?)

You are seeing it here first! I got my hands on a pre-release version of a new chocolate collection from Cup of Luxury Coffee and David Bacco Chocolatier.
Chocolate and Coffee... Together.
But I don’t mean "drink a cup of coffee and eat your square of chocolate" together. Nothing wrong with that pairing, but I prefer the crunchy, roasted bits of coffee bean encased in a rich dark chocolate bar togetherness.
In this review, Cup of Luxury coffee meets David Bacco Chocolatier chocolate. Separately, they are exceptional. Together they’re phenomenal!
Sweet Obsession Milk Chocolate Review

Back in July of 2011 I posted a review of the Sweet Obsession chocolate bars (milk and dark). It has been my most popular (and controversial) review as many comments were written from individuals whole heartedly disagreeing with my negative appraisal.
Over the years, more than one person has asked me to taste the bars again and re-review them. Well, it has been nearly 4 years so why not?

Chocolate and coconut have always been a terrific twosome in my book.
However, milk chocolate and coconut have always been the more popular pairing, and it’s challenging to find what I feel is the ideal combination - coconut with dark chocolate. Luckily, Theo offers a 70% dark chocolate and coconut bar!

It’s great news that Almonds are a good source of vitamin E, protein and high levels of heart healthy unsaturated fatty acids.
It’s even better news (to a chocolate lover like me, at least) that almonds dusted in dark cocoa powder provide even more cardiovascular benefits! And they taste terrific too!

The Easter Bunny was very generous to me this season.
As the Easter Bunny walked through her warehouse of candy treats (which looked an awful like the neighbor market), rows and rows of sweets began to call me. I mean images of Bryn spring to her mind and she thought, "yes, Bryn would surely love to try this," and, "this is just perfect for Bryn," and, "hey, this is new, I bet Bryn would find this interesting!"
